BKKFLM is founded and run by Julien De Wilde, an international award-winning photographer and TIFA Tokyo photographer of the year in 2019. Julien De Wilde has 20 years of experience in photography. He started his career in photojournalism, followed by advertising and fashion photography, and started to film in 2012. His main professional activity is photography and social videos for brands. Passionate about Japanese black and white photography and cinema du Réel, he never stops shooting images by passion while fine-tuning his own style. Julien discovered Thailand in the 2000s and has never stopped loving this country and South East Asia in general. His time is mostly spent between Belgium and Thailand.
